Amy graduated from the physical therapy program at the University of Pittsburgh and began her career by specializing in neuro/spinal cord injury. She later moved to Colorado Springs, CO and worked in an outpatient orthopedic clinic near an Olympic training village. She is pediatric NDT certified and brings over 30 years of experience to our practice. She also has received a certificate of completion in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training. 


Amy was a teaching assistant with the renowned Shirley Sahrmann. She is trained to pinpoint shoulder and muscle imbalances and remedy them with corrective exercise. Amy also works with our prenatal and post-partum patients who often suffer from sacro-iliac instability. She continues to pursue her pelvic floor education.


Amy has completed multiple marathons and the Pike's Peak half marathon. Her other hobbies include hiking, biking, kayaking, yoga, and traveling. She's been married to Terry for over 25 years. Their two daughters have been scholar athletes: Moira (Track & Field at University of Oregon) and Delaney (Volleyball at Chatham University).
