Our mission is and always has been to improve your quality of life. We realize that your health is much more than the absence of pain. It's restoring your strength and mobility to your pre-injury state so you can return to the activities you enjoy.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A thorough evaluation will be performed on your first visit to allow you and your physical therapist to develop a treatment plan that is individualized and tailored to meet your needs and goals. We believe in personalized care and allowing you to tell your story, so we can better help you meet your needs and goals. Our therapist will listen attentively, observe and examine you in order to develop a personalized plan of care. The physical therapist will review their findings and discuss your plan of care, allowing you to ask questions and together develop what is best for you. You may begin exercises and given instructions and education about your condition on the very first visit.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

Your therapist will conduct an evaluation of your condition lasting between 60-75 minutes. The evaluation is necessary to pinpoint where you are and where you want to be. Are you hampered by weakness? A stiff joint? A lack of balance? Once we discover your greatest needs, we can create an individualized program to maximize your recovery.

What do I bring on my first visit?

- Prescription from your medical doctor (if you need and have one)
- Your medical insurance card
- Your ID
- A copy of your medication list, including dosages, if you have it

- If you are getting physical therapy as a result of a worker's compensation claim or an automobile accident, you will also need to bring your claim information, including claim number.

Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit to fill out any necessary paperwork.
