Erica N. DiAndreth-Smith, DPT has been passionate about Physical Therapy since a young age. Erica went on to attend Duquesne University double majoring in biology and health sciences, receiving two bachelor's degrees. She graduated summa cum laude, and further went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy.


Dr. Erica is licensed to practice under the Direct Access in the state of Pennsylvania and seeks advancement through continuing education and lifelong commitment to her profession. Dr. Erica is certified in instrument-assisted soft tissue massage (IASTM) and has a certificate of completion in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training. She also specializes in 15 different return-to-sport criterion measures and assessments. She uses functional movement screening (FMS) to pinpoint an athlete's often unnoticed limitations, thereby maximizing each session.


Dr. Erica has trained athletes at the Professional and collegiate level as well. Going beyond rehabilitation, Dr. Erica emphasizes maintenance and injury prevention programs for athletes of all ages across all sports.


Aside from sports medicine and orthopedics, Dr. Erica also has a passion for women’s health, especially antepartum and postpartum care. Being a mother of three herself, Dr. Erica recognizes the need for improving strength while training the body to return to its prior level of function following childbirth.


Dr. Erica spends her time with husband Christopher and three beautiful children, Sophia, Colson, and Adelyn.
