Kate holds duel Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing and Exercise Physiology from the University of Pittsburgh and Ohio University, respectively. She then completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Armstrong Atlantic State University.


Kate has been practicing physical therapy for over 20 years. She began her work in pediatrics, then after receiving her certification in pelvic health through Evidence in Motion, she expanded into Women’s Health. Kate is also a pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist. She currently treats women of all ages with pelvic health diagnosis, including urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, pelvic organ prolapses, pelvic pain, interstitial cystitis, endometriosis and dyspareunia. Kate is working towards combining her expertise in both pediatrics and pelvic health to begin providing pediatric pelvic health services to the area. 


Kate was born and raised in Westmoreland County and, along with her husband Jason, is now raising their four children here. In her spare time, she can be found watching her children play baseball, basketball, volleyball and dance.
